Professor Jack Spence was Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of Leicester, from 1981-1987, a Professor of Politics between 1973-1991, and Director of Studies at the Chatham House from 1990-1997. Since 1997 Professor Spence has served as a Visiting Professor at the Department of War Studies, King's College London and as an Academic Advisor with the Royal College of Defence Studies in London. |
